Local command execution via shell-wrapped arguments

OS command injection in JunoClaw before 0.x.y-security-1 allows local users to execute commands through agent-supplied arguments. plugin-shell's run_command passes the complete argument string through sh -c or cmd /C, causing shell metacharacters to be parsed as command syntax. An attacker must be able to supply a command to the local agent runtime; injected commands execute with the JunoClaw process's host privileges.
