Unauthenticated SSRF via attacker-seeded image hash replay

Server-side request forgery in Tautulli before 2.17.1 allows remote authenticated users to make the server fetch arbitrary URLs. The public /image/{hash} route trusts a stored image_hash_lookup row and replays its attacker-controlled URL through real_pms_image_proxy with server-side credentials. Guest access must be enabled, and a low-privilege guest must first seed the row; remote attackers can then trigger repeat fetches that reach internal resources or disclose data.
