Unauthenticated file read and write via traversal

Path traversal in Apache Wicket's FolderUploadsFileManager allows remote attackers to read or write files through crafted upload names. The save and getFile methods combine uploadFieldId and clientFileName with the configured upload folder without canonicalizing the result or checking that it remains below the base directory. An exposed upload resource is reachable without authentication; the flaw crosses the upload boundary but does not report code execution or service interruption.
