Service interruption via quadratic fragment validation

Inefficient fragment validation in Absinthe 1.2.0 through 1.10.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt GraphQL services via crafted queries. The UniqueFragmentNames run/2 path calls duplicate?/2 for every fragment, and duplicate?/2 rescans the entire attacker-controlled fragment list. An unauthenticated POST with many fragment definitions pins request workers and sustained traffic exhausts the worker pool; no schema knowledge or special configuration is required.
