Unauthenticated tag-value disclosure via permissive script check

Incorrect authorization in Frangoteam FUXA 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary tag values through /api/getTagValue. The isAuthorisedByScriptName() check returns true when sourceScriptName is absent or names no stored script, so the endpoint treats the guest context as authorized. No credentials or user interaction are required, but a request must supply target tag IDs; the demonstrated impact is disclosure of their current values.
