Environment-secret disclosure via renderer IPC export

Information disclosure in electerm 3.8.15 and earlier allows local users to read process environment secrets through the renderer. The getConstants() handler serializes the complete process.env object over synchronous IPC and stores it in window.pre.env without filtering sensitive values. Reachability requires local access or JavaScript execution in the renderer; exposed tokens can enable compromise of accounts accessible to the process.
