Duplicate session issuance via concurrent SMS OTP reuse

Race condition in Parse Server before 8.6.76 and 9.0.0 through 9.9.0-alpha.1 allows remote authenticated users to duplicate session tokens. The SMS MFA path stores its single-use OTP as a string, but the update's optimistic-lock guard covered only array-valued authentication data, allowing concurrent requests to consume the same value. Exploitation requires the victim's password, interception of the active SMS OTP, and a successful race against another login request.
