CVE-2026-43910Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Network pivot via unvalidated directConnect redirect

Published Jul 28, 2026 · Updated Jul 28, 2026

SSRF in Appium Java Client 8.2.1 through 10.1.0 allows remote attackers to redirect session traffic via a malicious server response. AppiumCommandExecutor.setDirectConnect() uses server-supplied host, port, and path fields to override the client URL without validating the destination. Exploitation requires directConnect(true) and a rogue or compromised server; it exposes session traffic and enables requests to internal or metadata hosts.
