Arbitrary file read via restored snapshot paths

Path traversal in changedetection.io before 0.55.1 allows remote attackers to read local files via a crafted backup archive. Backup restore copies attacker-controlled history.txt data into the live datastore, and Watch.py preserves path-bearing entries before get_history_snapshot() opens them directly. Access to backup restore is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the application process through Preview or the history API.
