Reflected XSS via unescaped Meet credentials
Published May 11, 2026 · Updated May 11, 2026
Reflected XSS in AVideo 29.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to run JavaScript in a victim's browser through a crafted Meet URL. User::loginFromRequestToGet concatenates raw user and pass parameters, and plugin/Meet/iframe.php writes the result into a double-quoted JavaScript string without encoding. A victim must open the URL, and unauthenticated reachability requires a public Meet schedule; injected script then runs with the AVideo origin's access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
