Authenticated OS command execution via unsanitized ODBC test
Published May 12, 2026 · Updated May 12, 2026
OS command injection in Claris FileMaker Cloud before 2.22.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through an ODBC test. The External ODBC Data Source connection test uses unsanitized administrator-supplied input when invoking operating system commands. Admin Console privileges are required, and successful exploitation executes arbitrary commands on the underlying FileMaker Cloud host.
