Heap disclosure via unchecked recurrent state sequence ID

Out-of-bounds read in llama.cpp builds b5702 through b7653 allows attackers to disclose heap data via a crafted recurrent-state slot file. The state_read_meta function accepted any nonnegative seq_id without comparing it with n_seq_max before using recurrent-state metadata, permitting reads beyond the cells array that expose pointer-bearing heap contents in logs. Exploitation requires write access to the slot save directory and a server restore of the crafted file; the resulting pointer disclosure weakens ASLR for further attacks.
