Persistent code execution via archive path traversal

Path traversal in horsicq Detect It Easy before 3.21 allows local users to write arbitrary files by extracting a crafted archive. XFormats::extractArchiveRecordsToFolder and XArchive joined each untrusted record name to the destination without normalizing it or verifying containment. A user must initiate extraction; overwriting a startup script enables persistent code execution with that user's privileges.
