Command execution via unsafe environment overrides

An incomplete denylist in OpenClaw before 2026.4.10 allows remote authenticated users to alter execution via environment overrides. The exec environment policy accepts operator-supplied VIMINIT, EXINIT, LUA_INIT, and HOSTALIASES values and passes them to downstream processes instead of blocking them. Operator privileges that permit exec environment overrides are required; affected startup hooks can run commands, while HOSTALIASES can redirect network connections.
