Internal content exposure via unguarded media fetch

Server-side request forgery in OpenClaw before 2026.4.12 allows remote attackers to fetch arbitrary content through QQBot reply media URLs. QQBot treats reply media URLs as trusted sources and fetches them without routing requests through the SSRF guard and hostname allowlist, then re-uploads returned bytes through the channel. The QQBot channel and reply media path must be enabled and reachable; successful requests can expose internal content or relay attacker-selected bytes.
