Authenticated file deletion via unsanitized delete path

Path traversal in forgemedia LLC Perfmatters 2.5.9.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary server files. PMCS::action_handler() concatenates the unsanitized $_GET['delete'] value with its storage path and passes the result to unlink(). Subscriber-level access is sufficient; deleting wp-config.php interrupts the site and exposes the WordPress installation workflow to takeover.
