Service interruption via unrecorded failed retrievals

State-tracking flaw in Linux Kernel 6.19 allows local users to interrupt service through repeated failed liveupdate retrievals. luo_retrieve_file() returns an error without recording the attempted retrieval, so a retry or finish() reuses or frees partially restored serialization structures. Reaching the flaw requires local access to issue the LIVEUPDATE_SESSION_RETRIEVE_FD ioctl after a partial failure; the reported impact is limited to availability.
