Kernel warning via redundant NAPI deletion

Improper NAPI teardown in the Linux Kernel 6.17 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning by disconnecting a LAN78xx USB device. The lan78xx_disconnect path calls netif_napi_del while NAPI remains enabled, even though unregister_netdev performs that teardown safely. Reachability requires a bound LAN78xx USB network device and a disconnect event; the published trace establishes a warning, not a kernel crash.
