System crash via unchecked queue pointers

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux Kernel mpi3mr SCSI driver allows local users to crash the system during queue cleanup. When request or reply queue creation fails, cleanup frees the queue memory and then calls memset on the resulting NULL pointer without checking it. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and the affected driver to encounter a queue-creation failure.
