System crash via unchecked RxRPC error pointer

Invalid pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 6.7.3, 6.8 through 6.18.18, and 6.19 through 6.19.8 allows local users to crash the system. AFS callers treat an ERR_PTR from rxrpc_kernel_lookup_peer() after peer-allocation failure as a valid peer because they test only for NULL. Reaching the fault requires AFS/RxRPC activity and a peer-allocation failure; the impact is a system crash without reported data disclosure or modification.
