Local service interruption via unreleased buffer object

Improper error handling in the Linux Kernel amdkfd driver allows local users to interrupt service through an invalid GPU queue update. In pqm_update_queue_properties, failed queue-address validation returns EFAULT after reserving vm->root.bo but omits amdgpu_bo_unreserve, leaving the buffer object reserved.
