Local task hang via unbounded USB timeout

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel USB core allows local users to hang a task through an unbounded synchronous USB request. The usb_control_msg(), usb_bulk_msg(), and usb_interrupt_msg() paths accept unlimited or negative timeouts and wait uninterruptibly for completion. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a reachable USB driver path; the affected task remains stuck until the target device is unplugged.
