Rejected atomic-context mutex-locking assignment

The rejected assignment for Linux Kernel 6.18.17 through 6.18.18 and 6.19.7 through 6.19.8 formerly described a local service interrupt. The former record said ncm_set_alt held a mutex while USB gadget configuration ran in atomic context, causing a sleeping-function warning. Reachability required the USB NCM gadget path, but the Linux Kernel CVE Numbering Authority withdrew the assignment and removed its affected ranges, CWE, score, and patch references.
