CVE-2026-43410

Kernel panic via invalid RSU channel access

Published May 8, 2026 · Updated May 8, 2026

A NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel Stratix10 RSU driver in 6.19 causes a kernel panic when firmware RSU is disabled. When RSU is disabled in the FSBL, rsu_send_async_msg() frees the service channel, but probe continues and starts svc_normal_to_secure_thread() with that invalid channel. The affected Stratix 10 system must boot with RSU disabled; the resulting dereference crashes the kernel without reported data disclosure or modification.
