Kernel crash via unchecked ftrace-disabled state

A kprobes flaw in the Linux Kernel allows local users to crash the kernel by removing a module containing a probe after ftrace fails. After ftrace_kill() sets kprobe_ftrace_disabled, __disarm_kprobe_ftrace() ignores that state and continues ftrace operations against the module. Reachability requires administrative module-removal privileges, a kprobe on code in the target module, and an earlier ftrace failure; the result is a host-wide kernel crash.
