Service interruption via leaked PTP IRQ mappings

Resource leak in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to interrupt service through a failed Microchip PTP IRQ setup. In drivers/net/dsa/microchip/ksz_ptp.c, ksz_ptp_irq_setup() creates an IRQ mapping before request_threaded_irq() and fails to dispose that new mapping when the request fails. Reachability requires local low-privileged access, the Microchip DSA PTP path, and an IRQ-request failure; the public record does not identify how a user can force that failure.
