Network recovery delay via unsynchronized transmit-ring reset

Availability flaw in the Linux Kernel macb driver allows local users to delay network recovery after a suspend-resume cycle. The transmit reset path zeroes tx_head and tx_tail without preserving queued descriptors or synchronizing concurrent accesses, causing macb_tx_poll to mistake a pending used descriptor for an empty ring. Exploitation requires a locally initiated suspend-resume cycle on a system using the macb driver; packets can be lost, buffers leaked, and transmission stalled until another packet occupies the affected position.
