Kernel crash via NULL cleanup pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereferences in Linux Kernel 6.18.16 through 6.18.18 and 6.19.6 through 6.19.8 allow local users to crash the kernel. AMDGPU device-cleanup paths in drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/amdgpu_device.c dereference an IP-block version pointer without checking whether unsupported AMD graphics hardware left it NULL. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and the affected unsupported hardware path; the documented consequence is an availability loss without data disclosure or modification.
