Local power-management disruption via leaked PM reference

Resource leakage in the Linux kernel bh1780 driver allows local users to prevent sensor autosuspend through failed light reads. The bh1780_read_raw() error path returns after pm_runtime_get_sync() without calling pm_runtime_put_autosuspend(), so each failed read retains a usage-count reference. Exploitation requires local access to a bound bh1780 IIO device and repeated failing reads; the leaked count keeps the sensor active.
