DMA ring disruption via unsynchronized timeout dequeue

Race condition in the MIPI I3C HCI driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to disrupt DMA ring handling through overlapping transfer timeouts. hci_dma_dequeue_xfer() stops, processes, and restarts the shared ring without serialization, so concurrent timeout handlers interfere with one another. Reachability requires local access to a system using the MIPI I3C HCI DMA path; the published record identifies unexpected ring transitions but no demonstrated crash or data corruption.
