Local guest crash via unexpected PTP assertion

Reachable assertion in the ice PTP driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to crash a VFIO guest during physical-function setup. When adapter->ctrl_pf is uninitialized because the passed-through PF does not own the source timer, ice_get_ctrl_ptp() returns NULL and ice_ptp_setup_pf() invokes WARN_ON() instead of treating the state as unsupported. The path requires a VFIO guest receiving only the noncontrolling PF, and a crash requires a configuration that converts kernel warnings into panics.
