USB gadget reconfiguration denial via leaked reference

Reference-count cleanup failure in affected Linux Kernel branches allows local users to block USB gadget configfs attribute changes. geth_alloc increments the f_subset function reference count, but geth_free does not decrement it after the function is unlinked, leaving cleanup unbalanced. Exploitation requires local ability to manage USB gadget functions through configfs, and the reported consequence is limited to blocking subsequent attribute configuration.
