System crash via unchecked display callback

NULL pointer dereference in the AMD display driver in Linux Kernel 6.12 allows local users to crash the system during hardware initialization. In dcn401_init_hw(), the freq_changed branch enters the bandwidth update path without proving update_bw_bounding_box is non-NULL, then calls that callback. Reachability requires the AMD dcn401 display initialization path and a frequency change; the documented consequence is local availability loss.
