Kernel panic via invalid interconnect destination pointer

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 6.19 through 6.19.11 allows local users to crash SM8450 systems during driver probing. The SM8450 interconnect table leaves two links on static identifiers after dynamic identifiers were introduced, so icc_link_nodes() resolves an invalid destination pointer and dereferences it. The Qualcomm SM8450 driver must be probed; the resulting fatal kernel exception panics the host and interrupts all services.
