Kernel memory corruption via post-unbind callback race

Race condition in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to access stale gadget-driver state during dummy-hcd unbinding. The flawed order permits new emulated interrupts after the synchronization wait, so a callback can continue after the gadget driver is unbound. Exploitation requires CAP_SYS_ADMIN in the initial user namespace to load dummy_hcd and configure USB gadgets, limiting exposure to privileged local contexts.
