Kernel crash via unchecked DSC function hooks

A NULL pointer dereference in the Linux Kernel AMD display driver allows local users to crash systems during DSC setup for eDP panels. The clean_up_dsc_blocks function invokes set_dsc_config, dp_set_dsc_config, and dp_set_dsc_pps_info_packet without confirming that the hooks are initialized. The path requires AMD display hardware using DSC over an embedded DisplayPort panel; triggering it can panic or hang the kernel without exposing or modifying data.
