Local availability loss via unchecked solo6x10 chip ID

Improper input validation in the Linux kernel solo6x10 media driver allows local users to cause unspecified availability loss. The tw28_set_ctrl_val() and tw28_get_ctrl_val() paths derive chip_num from an 8-bit channel without enforcing TW_NUM_CHIP, then is_tw286x() shifts a signed 1 by that value and lets Clang remove the remaining function code as undefined behavior. Reachability requires local access to a solo6x10 V4L2 control path and an out-of-range channel; published sources do not identify the exact form of the resulting service interruption.
