Local kernel warning via inconsistent nSVM state

Improper state validation in affected Linux Kernel KVM releases allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through nested SVM state. svm_set_nested_state() permits CPUID to reduce the physical-address width after CR3 is loaded, causing nested_svm_load_cr3() to reject the restored value and reach WARN. The trigger requires local KVM access and nested SVM; it taints the kernel by default and causes a kernel panic when panic_on_warn is enabled.
