Service interruption via non-interrupt IRQ dispatch

Improper interrupt-context handling in Linux Kernel 6.2 through 6.19.5 allows local users to interrupt service during Tegra system resume. The tegra186_pmc_wake_syscore_resume function calls generic_handle_irq from a non-interrupt context rather than deferring dispatch to hard IRQ work. Exploitation requires local access to a vulnerable Tegra system and the ability to initiate suspend and resume.
