System hang via concurrent VPU decoding

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel media subsystem before 6.19.6 or 7.0 allows attackers to hang NXP MX8MQ systems. Separate v4l2_m2m_dev schedulers in the Verisilicon Hantro driver permit overlapping G1 and G2 decoding, violate the hardware constraint, and trigger a VPU bus error. Exploitation requires local access and concurrent H.264 and HEVC decode workloads on NXP MX8MQ hardware; resulting effects are corrupted frames or a system hang.
