System hang via suspended dm-raid teardown

Denial of service in Linux kernel dm-raid allows local users to hang the system by removing a suspended RAID device tree. The dm-raid destructor calls md_stop(), which flushes the write-intent bitmap to metadata sub-devices that were already suspended, so the writes never complete. Triggering the indefinite block requires low-privileged local access, top-down suspension of a dm-raid tree with metadata, and removal of its top-level device.
