Local system crash via stale RapidIO network pointer

Use-after-free in the RapidIO subsystem of Linux Kernel allows local users to crash the system during failed network allocation. In rio_scan_alloc_net(), an id-table allocation failure sends an unregistered rio_net object through rio_free_net() and leaves mport->net pointing at freed memory. Reachability requires local low-privileged access, a RapidIO master port, and the allocation failure; impact is limited to system availability.
