Kernel panic via premature MIPI-DSI shutdown

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 6.2 through 6.18.15 and 6.19 through 6.19.5 allows local users to trigger a panic during reboot. The shutdown sequence stops the MIPI-DSI interface before panel unprepare() callbacks run, so rzg2l_mipi_dsi_host_transfer() accesses the stopped interface. The crash requires a Renesas RZ/G2L system with a panel whose unprepare() callback sends MIPI-DSI commands, and it interrupts reboot without exposing or modifying data.
