Local denial of service via unbounded RCU section

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 6.9 through 6.12.74, 6.13 through 6.18.15, and 6.19 through 6.19.5 allows local users to cause RCU stalls. The kasan_release_vmalloc_node loop frees many KASAN shadow pages without yielding, while page-owner stack unwinding repeatedly enters RCU read-side sections. The condition requires CONFIG_PAGE_OWNER and a large purge list; observed effects include CPU monopolization beyond ten seconds and RCU stalls, with OOM identified as a potential consequence.
