System-wide memory exhaustion via uncharged DRM blobs

Resource exhaustion in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to trigger system-wide out-of-memory through a DRM ioctl. DRM_IOCTL_MODE_CREATEPROPBLOB allocates arbitrary-sized property-blob data without charging the allocation to the caller's memory cgroup. Low-privileged local access is sufficient to bypass cgroup memory limits and consume kernel memory until availability is interrupted.
