Kernel hang via NMI-unsafe slab seqcount access

Race condition in Linux Kernel 6.18 through 6.18.15, 6.19 through 6.19.5, and 7.0-rc1 through 7.0-rc7 allows local users to hang the kernel. In mm/slub.c, get_from_any_partial() reaches ___slab_alloc() from NMI context and reads current->mems_allowed_seq, a seqcount_spinlock_t that is unsafe when the NMI interrupts its writer. Low-privileged local access is required; the resulting recursive lock scenario can hang the system without reported data disclosure or modification.
