System crash via unflushed UFS exception work

Race condition in the Linux Kernel UFS core allows local users to crash the system during suspend at RPM level zero. The UFS core skips flushing pending exception-event work when UFS_PM_LVL_0 keeps the device and link active, so that work can access the host controller after deep power-down begins. Reachability requires local low-privileged access, a UFS device configured for UFS_PM_LVL_0, and a pending exception task overlapping deep suspend; the consequence is a system crash.
