Nested VM termination via mishandled -EBUSY

Denial of service in KVM x86 in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to terminate a nested virtual machine. After vcpu_block() returns while L2 is active, the nested-event check treats -EBUSY as a reason to exit to userspace, producing a spurious KVM_EXIT_UNKNOWN instead of continuing the wakeup. Reachability requires KVM userspace to place a vCPU in the normally impossible combination of a blocking state and an injected event or pending nested run; the bounded consequence is loss of the affected VM.
