System hang via recursive GFS2 glock acquisition

Denial of service in Linux Kernel GFS2 allows local users to hang the system by passing a same-inode memory-mapped buffer to FIEMAP. gfs2_fiemap calls iomap_fiemap while holding the inode glock, so a page fault on that buffer recursively acquires the same glock. Reachability requires local access to a GFS2 inode and a FIEMAP output buffer mapped to that same inode; the resulting deadlock interrupts system availability.
