CVE-2026-43261

Local information disclosure via omitted TSV110 mitigation

Published May 6, 2026 · Updated May 6, 2026

Spectre-BHB in the Linux kernel on TSV110 processors allows local users to infer privileged data through branch-prediction side channels. The arm64 spectre_bhb_loop_affected() CPU table omits MIDR_HISI_TSV110, so the kernel fails to select the 32-iteration software clearing loop. Exploitation requires local code execution on a TSV110 system; the grounded impact is indirect disclosure, not data modification or service interruption.
